October 18 2019, Bern, Switzerland: SUDAC International Conference

This year’s SUDAC (swissuniversities Development and Cooperation Network) Annual Conference aims to increase public awareness of the SUDAC programme and to start a policy dialogue on the relevance of SDGs in Swiss higher education in 2019. The Commission for Research Partnerships with Developing Countries (KFPE) joins the SUDAC Programme in this event to present Swiss higher education institutions active in North-South partnerships.

Felicitas Acosta, Professor and Researcher, Universidad Nacional de General Sarmiento, Buenos Aires and NORRAG Editorial Board, presents how the SUDAC ‘Consortia for Education and Research’ (COFER) benefits her institution and provides more detail on the COFER Innovative Financing in Education and Development: Case Studies and Multi-Media Material for E-Learning (COFER IFE) project.

Cathryn Magno (Professor, Department of Education Sciences, University of Fribourg) provides a general overview of the COFER IFE project during the coffee breaks in the morning and afternoon.
