Exhibition on children in armed conflict and roundtable on children's rights in conflict - 10 May 2023 at 5.30 pm
The Musée Internationale de la Réforme in Geneva has a temporary exhibition on children in armed conflict entitled Déflagrations | Dessins d’enfants, guerres d’adultes
As part of the exhibition and to mark hundred years of the Geneva Declaration on children’s rights, 1923: Geneva Declaration on the Rights of the Child | Genève internationale, Terre des Hommes, Enfants du Monde, Save the Children and the Committee on the Rights of the Rights are organising on Wednesday 10th of May 2023 a roundtable “100 ans après la Déclaration de Genève, comment mieux défendre le droit des enfants dans les conflits armés/hundred years after the Geneva Declaration, how to better protect children’s rights in armed conflict”
Programme:
17.30 to 18.30: visit of the exhibition (including the original of the Geneva Declaration)
18.30 roundtable on children’s rights in armed conflict (some interventions will be English and some in French).
